It was a horrible experience and bad service. They sat me next to where the servers ring their customers. I waited a good 30... minutes before I was asked what drink can the server get me. They were too busy talking before they acknowledged me. Therestaurant was packed but there were many servers that can accommodate the busy restaurant. I noticed that instead of themtaking care or attending to their customers they were there busy chatting around. I had to interrupt them to take my order. Iwanted to leave but I haven’t had Buffalo Wild Wings for a long time and have been craving for it. I ordered a salad and 6pieces hot wings and a soda pop. The lettuce on my salad was dry and already has dark edges they looked old but the 6 pieceschicken wings that I ordered were tasty. The same thing happened when I asked for my bill. The server told me in a minute. Iwaited a while until I asked another person. I will never go back to this place again. Read more
This place is a classic; I love the interior. It basically is a sports bar aesthetic and it feels very family friendly. It helps... that it is on a busy street and you get people from all across the country visiting. Read more

Im glad places like this one have kept the high standards of customer service, attention and quality of food in comparison to... most businesses after the pandemic. This specific spot is always busy, on weekends good luck getting a table...BUT it is worththe wait if you want to be treated the way it is supposed to be. ....and again the wings are the best. It was not good. Service was lacking. Was sitting for awhile with my friend, talking, with the menus already down when I had to... actually flag down a server to order. Not even a drink or even water had come yet. Usually I order wings but we were in a hurryand the sandwich looked amazing. This is definitely one of those, it doesn't look like the picture, deals. It did not taste goodat all. I mean, it wasn't gross but mine didn't seem to have any sauce so I was basically eating a dry over cooked crispyprocessed chicken sandwich with a handful of cabbage that couldn't even stay on the chicken with a dry bun. My friend orderedwell done fries. I didn't but mine came out well done. I don't know why. Lazy server. Bad cooks. Such a amazing place to watch a basketball game or any other games. My friends and I came here tonight to watch the NBA Finals.... We put our name down first since they don't take reservations and was told there was 13 parties ahead of us so during the meantime we went to another restaurant to wait. We got seated like an hour later at the bar area. I got the 10 traditional wingswith a basket of fries. The service was way better than the other restaurant we waited at and more upbeat. Our waiter wasattentive to our table probably cause we were seated right where they were. The TV was in front of us and they fulfill ourrequest for the TV to be changed to the NBA game. The food came out a little warm and not hot probably due to them waiting forour whole order to come out at the same time. The food was still good though so we didn't mind. Read more
After waiting an hour to be seated (expected as the Lakers were playing), we were seated and after some time, someone finally... came by to take our drink order. I ordered the Blue Hawaiian which was nice but tiny. Ordered a black bean burger on the BuffaloStyle burger. Not bad however fries came out cold. The 20 piece wings came out dry and barely warm. I had to wait for our waiterto walk by so I could stop him to ask for the rest of the order (order of fries, carrots/celery, dressings, etc)... had to stophim again for refills. Never got napkins and I got up to get the ketchup off the empty table next to us. Had to wait and stophim again for a box and the check. Might as well have been a self-service restaurant if I had to ask for everything. Read more
