I've been to this wonderful restaurant once before with a friend for my birthday, and was excited to introduce it to another... friend recently. I love it, and whoever I bring with me, loves it, too. Everything is impressive there, from the decor, thecleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the wait staff, to the incredibly delicious food! Omg....the vegan samosas....yum. Everything else was pretty traditional vegan Indian....but the samosas are the best vegan... samosas I've had so far!!! There are only 2 so get 2 orders...atleast!!! Read more
Flavor of India has literally the best samosas I have ever had, light and fluffy with fresh ingredients. I had the chicken tikka... masala, the chicken itself was very okay and the tikka masala was pretty good. And who doesn't love naan bread. Overall goodexperience you want some decent Indian food with great samosas definitely check out flavor of India Burbank. Read more
Horrible don’t bother going to this place. The food had stones in there. They serve old food no flavor per the name .the... plates and glasses are very dirty . Please change the name it’s a disgrace to call it taste of India . This is definitely nota food passionate owner . Very pricey. Read more
Unfortunately we were disappointed by our experience dining here. The food took a long time to come, and the cheese naan was the... worst we have ever had - we could barely taste any cheese and it didn’t appear to have even melted. Read more
Really enjoyed the food. They have outdoor seating available. (No heaters). Great flavors and spice, not too oily. Everything... was fresh and tastes homemade. They have another location in Studio City, there quality shines through on everyvisit. Unfortunately, the service was a pretty slow but would definitely come back again. Read more
It was my first time here and I came because of the wide selection of vegan options that they offer. So since I did mot know... what I wanted (I recently switched to a vegan diet and was never a big fan of Indian food) I orderes the buffet (since 4 of theoptions were vegan) and I ordered a mulligatawney soup off the menu. Everything was so good. I asked for some extra spice forthe soup and they briup me this green chili puree that I added to the soup and it just set off all of the flavors. I even tooka soup to go. The spinach saag was another eye opener. I never knew steamed spinach could taste so good. I mixed the saag withsome lentil, veggie rice and lime and that green sauce and it was heavenly. Let me tell you, my eyes are wide open now and Ican't beliwvw I have been missing out on Indian food my whole life! The server was excellent! He took the time to point out allpf the vegan options from the buffet and which dressing was vegan as well for my salad. The menu has a whole page of veganoptions, most are also gluten free! Have never experienced this place before but have heard amazing things!!!.... trying not to go in biased, but I might already... be....will be going soon, and then will give an honest review....stay tuned, will up date soon!!! Excellent little get-away!!! Customer service is amazing andso is the food!!! Can see why it's a favorite of people like Keanu Reeves and Dave Navarro.... Had the chicken marsala and naunbread w/ some rice, nice and simple, and tasty. The vibe here is something to behold. Very peaceful and calm energy throughoutmy experiences with Flavor of India....
