This is my favorite place to get a burger (one of the best foods) though I was surprised that it got even better. Not sure what... changed though the hickory burger is probably the best barbecue burger I have ever had and I have had a lot of burgers! Thepresentation was as beautiful as the burger which unfortunately didn't last long since I was hungry so this is all that was leftbefore writing this. Looking forward to that perfectly sweet and tangy balanced barbecue sauce again next time I come. :) Read more
All I can say is that the fast food quality here is amazing. If you?re comparing it to five guys, in n out, Wendy?s, etc your... typical burger and fries place, the food here is pretty amazing. A bit on the pricier side so I?d say it?s a fancier fast foodrestaurant too ? also because the taste quality Is immensely higher than your normal fast food restaurant. They have differentflavored burgers ? We got the Maui burger which had teriyaki sauce and pineapple and the crispy chicken sandwich. It's quality pub fare served under the guise of fast food. For a little more than a combo burger meal at McDonald's, you can... get at Hook Burger fresh, perfectly cooked patties with a assortment of fresh ingredients encased in a soft, tasty brioche bun. They claim to have conscientiously procured meats and vegetables in their food, and it's apparent in how it tastes. Nothing"fast food" about that California Burger I just had! I only say fast food because the food comes out quick. Burgers,salads...pretty much their whole menu is top notch. Even their ranch sauce is awesome. Likewise their selection of drinks, fromtheir beers and wines, to milkshakes, floats and homemade rootbeer. We were delighted to find out we can substitite tunainstead of chicken in their Caesar salad. They do have a bar at this branch, plus a good-sized dining area, a covered outdoordining patio, and lots more outdoor seating in the front. The staff is always courteous and helpful, as they bring your orderto your table and always ask if you need anything when they pass by. Parking is usually abundant this side of Empire Center,and though there are lots of food places to choose from around the shopping complex, we usually end up at Hook Burger when wewant a quick, fresh, and delicious lunch. If you're a burger enthusiasts this place is delightfully tasty with only a few options on the menu so you're not lost in... decision making. Although this location could use a little dusting of the wine bottles that are used as decor. Read more
Service was basic but good and the place was clean. Honestly I just wasn't impressed with the burger or the fries. When I came... to this location I was starving and from the reviews, the burgers looked good so thats why I tried it. Unfortunately I didn'tthink the burger had much flavor and the fries were somewhat soggy too. It wasn't the worst but definitely not the best burgerI've ever tasted. Read more
Pass by this joint a few times. Never tried it till today. Very satisfying. I believe my burger was called the hickory smoked... bbq. With caramelized onions and sweet potato fries. Very delicious. I recommend this gourmet burger! Plus they draft beer! Read more
This place is pretty good. I had the hook burger, my husband had the mushroom burger, and we shared the trio side that included... French fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. The burgers were yummy, I particularly liked the char flavor. The sweetpotato fries were okay, I wish they were crispier. The onion rings were very good. The regular fries were okay. Read more
