We came to the store for shopping with our dog. it is a service dog with a valid certificate. there are no problems with him,... he does not bark, he is small in size, he took training courses, he behaves calmly. we offered them the option to take the dogwith them to the store in a special pet backpack. This is DISCRIMINATION AND OPPRESSION! The administrator David told me that Ihave to leave my dog in the car despite of hot weather. How can this happen in today's world, it's terrible. It's tough toleave the dog in the car in the heat. The receptionist was very rude, he called security to kick us off. I don't understand howyou can be so inhuman when we have the legal right to enter with our service dog. Read more

This was my first trip to Ikea in 8 years. Like the new location. Cafeteria experience was similar, pricea higher but great... service. We walked, browsed but didn't buy anything. I like this Ikea because it is as big as the one in Covina. A lot of different kitchen and bathroom model for reference. Tons of... products for home, but it seems have many empty shelves compared to my last visit in 4 months ago. The price is somehow higherthan before, it makes sense as the supply chain around the world has issues. Read more
