We came to the store for shopping with our dog. it is a service dog with a valid certificate. there are no problems with him,... he does not bark, he is small in size, he took training courses, he behaves calmly. we offered them the option to take the dogwith them to the store in a special pet backpack. This is DISCRIMINATION AND OPPRESSION! The administrator David told me that Ihave to leave my dog in the car despite of hot weather. How can this happen in today's world, it's terrible. It's tough toleave the dog in the car in the heat. The receptionist was very rude, he called security to kick us off.
