This place is not a clean and good McDonald's. Bathrooms are dirty. I went into men's restroom and toilet was clogged. An... employee was outside restroom as if he had just cleaned. Showed him the clogged toilet and he asked me what I had done. I hadnot been inside restroom for more than 5seconds. Then he pulled a note out of trash and reapplied to door stating restroom outof order. He obviously just removed the note. He said he did not have a plunger. What type of food establishment does not havea plunger. Yuck don't go here. Read more
This is a case where McDonald's wanted a location so badly, they literally crammed a quarter sized restaurant into a portion of... a lot next to a large intersection. Today, as we drove up to the drive through at 11:15am (10/20/2022), we couldn't make outwhere the ordering screen and speaker were until we went too far and asked a worker who happened to be taking some trash outwhere it was, and then had to back our car up to it. It's positioned over an old order window, no confirmation monitor to checkone's order there, and the speaker is easy to miss. This is exactly what we ordered with only one car in front of it. Onesmall Coke, and one regular cheeseburger. When we got to the first window, we paid, and at the second window, we were told todrive to the #1 space for late orders and asked to wait for our order. We waited about three minutes.... let me repeat... wewaited three minutes for a small Coke and a regular cheeseburger. I can't imagine what was happening inside this location torequire us to wait in a special space for three minutes for such a simple and basic order. Read more
Very tiny. It's just good for a drive-in. It's convenient because it's right by traffic heaven. Costco's across the street. And... the big old bridge has plenty of lights. At McDonald's they do try to please. So thank you Read more
We had dinner at Guy's in Burbank. Suddenly I needed to have coffee after the meal. Golden arches to save the day. You can... always count on McDonald's. A large hot coffee with 6 creams and no sugar to chase away the blues. Read more
Drive-Thru ordering experience was unnecessarily difficult. I don't typically mind them taking time to make food (though it was... much slower here than most locations), but they took forever to even understand what we were ordering. I don't want to have torepeat myself five times for one item. Upped my blood pressure just by sitting in front of the ordering station for fiveminutes. Read more
I visited this location a few times in the last year and a half. I?ve never had a bad experience with the staff. And the line... is usually not very long. I don't usually like to leave bad reviews, but on Halloween night my son and I tried to go inside about 20 minutes before... closing but the doors were locked. There were people still in line inside to order and eating at tables. Another customereventually opened the locked door for us. But then the person behind the register yelled at them to not open the door, said theywere closed, flicked off the lights inside, came out from behind the register and grabbed the door from my kid's hand andslammed it in our face. No way I plan to spend money there ever again. I've worked enough customer service in my life to beappalled at how rude they were.
