Have eaten at many Olive Gardens across the US. Very good food with great breadsticks and salads. What sets this one apart for... us was the wait staff. They were great. My granddaughter wanted a variation on her order, and although they do not offer herrequest, the waitress went to the cook and they worked out a work around that made her happy. Burbank Empire 1741 N. Victory Place Bldg. R6 Burbank, CA 91502 This Location blew my mind!! The Customer service was... impeccable. From the Hostess in the front desk to every staff member we came across there was nothing but Harmony at thislocation. Andrew was Amazing he made us feel welcomed. My mom wanted to see if the Alfredo could be done without garlic due toher dietary needs. Before placing the order Andrew went to make sure if that was possible. Julia one of the managers approachedus and took the time to come over to our table and make sure what my mom was allergic too! Julia took the time to go over themenu with us and gave my mom a selection of options. Miguel Another Manager delivered our meals and made sure we had everythingwe needed. David aka "the other David" not the model, made our evening so wonderful and amazing. He was attentive and so sweet. He thanked... me for being teacher and went above and beyond to provide us great service. He would refill our drinks before we asked forrefills and made great suggestion for drinks. I informed him that I was lactose intolerant and he immediately made sure not toadd cheese to my Shrimp Alfredo and informed me the salad dressing has dairy. The food was so yummy. I had some shrimp scampi, fried calamari and a peach tea. Shrimp scampi was so small, absolutely tiny on a huge plate like 5... bites lol and it tasted like something out the microwave. The endless salad that I ordered with it had way too much dressing onit. The peach tea was really good it tasted like something that is actually brewed. It was my first time that I've ever been toa Olive garden always heard about it and finally decided to go. Idk if I'll come back to try something else. Read more

The staff at this Olive Garden always provide excellent service with great energy. The Strawberry Passion-Fruit Limonata is... delicious and our food was prepared pretty quickly and tasted great. Olive Garden isn't going to blow you away with theirentrees but you'll leave with your tummy full, happy, and satisfied. Read more

My wife and I are big fans of this location. We can count on friendly service and good food. Today we came in to celebrate both... of our birthdays with my mother in law. First and foremost I want to say that by far this evening we received the best servicesince we started coming here. Emily was friendly, funny and spot on about her recommendation with the Zuppa Toscana. Althoughchicken gnocchi is seated safely as my favorite. Besides that even though she was visibly busy she still was able to anticipateour needs. We never once had to look for her, she was just magically there. As for the food I went with the create your ownpasta (Rigatoni with meat sauce, sausage and meatballs) I enjoyed it. My wife and mother in law both went with the Asiagotortellini Alfredo with grilled chicken. We were all fans of the rich cheesey pasta. We ended the night singing happy Birthdayto my wife.
