If you like a rice stuffed burrito this is your place. I'd rather have a small burrito than something jam packed with carbs to... make it look big. I might go again to ask them to feed the rice to the chickens and give me the protien. Read more

This is the 2nd time I?ve had food poisoning following eating at this location. It had been over two years and I thought maybe... it was that I had a sensitivity to shrimp but no, this time I had the ahi tuna taco plate and the food smelled like feces. Ithought it had been the trash can or where we were sitting but it was the food. The tacos were bland and dry, and my husbandschicken burrito had dry chicken and too much beans, and the salsa was like jelly. I?m now writing this hours later with massivestomach pains and we will never be coming back or recommending it. Also the bathroom is quite large but there is no changingstation for babies and toddlers despite the fact that they have a kids menu. It was also dark dirty and damp. Read more

I asked for no guacamole and they still put it on my burrito. They never mess my food up but I guess the people that used to... work there are not there anymore. Quality has diminished over time. I won?t be waisting my money here anymore. Iv been comingthere for 20 years. Sorry you just lost another loyal customer. Read more

Honestly not the same place it used to be. The last few times, our orders have been wrong and they don't take any care in... preparation. I'm guessing it's time to move on. This weekend, I ordered 2 burritos. One, I asked for no tomatoes. They loadedit with pico and it was almost all at one end of tge burrito. Not sure what part of NO TOMATOES they didn't understand, but, there it is. Not the first time. The other, they had all of the cheese at one end and neglected to put a rojo salsa in asrequested. Finally, I asked for a side of diced onions and got a side of sliced limes??? Oh well. Read more

Such a bummer! My ahi tacos were anything but fresh. Probably grilled this afternoon and not even reheated. Tortillas were also... not fresh- they would barely bend. Nothing was hot, in fact only the beans were a bit warm. Everything else was cold and prettybland. Def tasted more like fast food. Read more

I liked but didn't love this place. I just don't get the hype. Good was okay. I've had better, especially for the price. Didn't... even bother to take photos of the food. It was a nice atmosphere. The parking lot was a challenge. I doubt I'll be back. Weordered a shrimp burrito, carnitas burrito, and carnitas bowl, which the staff was very against calling a bowl, but that's whatit was. My husband and I were travelling through the area and had a craving for Mexican food so I popped onto google maps and found this... place. It has over 1,000 reviews & 4.5 stars but unfortunately our experience was a negative one. The restaurant was clean andlooked cute from the inside and the outside. parking is limited but you can find some in the nearby residential area so that wasnot a problem and in LA, limited parking is what is expected. As I checked out the menu and went to order, the lady at theregister seemed so bothered by my presence as a polite paying customer who knew exactly what I was ordering. I pushed that outof my mind even as I paid way too much for Mexican food. Upon receiving my food, I noticed there was no salsa bar, no salsagiven, and my shrimp burrito was HEAVY on the white rice. My husband's nachos had cheese that had separated and was only meltedat the top while the rest sat cold at the bottom. His carne asada burrito was cold in the middle. He had gone to ask for salsaand we received salsa that was completely gelatinous and in no way, shape, or form, salsa. We were starved so we ate the foodand immediately had stomach pains. My recommendation is to find any other Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles that won't treatyou as a bother, won't sell you half cooked food for ridiculous prices, and has fresh salsa that hasn't been sitting around forwho knows how long. It was better before COVID-19 no more salsa bar . They seem to forget about the customers there are a lot of taco places out... there and the only reason I come here was the condiments it surly is not the high prices. Read more
