One of the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to anywhere in the world. I worked at Starbucks for over 5 years during school so I... know what I?m talking about lol. The staff has no idea what they?re doing most of the time and if they make anything wrong whichthey usually do they make you feel guilty and act annoyed that you dared to ask them to make it right. And that?s after you?vealready waited 15 minutes for a basic no mod drink. I get it the Starbucks brand has gone way downhill since the pandemic it?sno longer what it used to be but this store has the worst trained most miserable staff I?ve ever encountered. On top of thisall, you?re usually forced to interact with this staff as they always have order ahead unavailable. I ordered a few drinks at this Starbucks. After about 10-15 min of waiting for our drinks, I had received 3 of the 4 drinks we... ordered. I was approached by one of the employees who proceeded to tell me that due to the high volume of customers, they wouldhave to ask us to leave if my daughter kept being loud. I didn't argue with the employee, but I was very offended that I wasbeing threatend to be kicked out while waiting for my order because my 3 year old daughter is making too much noise. I had sucha terrible experience and I hope no other families with toddlers come in this place because it appears children are nottolerated here. Read more
What can you say about Starbucks? They are a luxury item for me and mine. They have good options for the average coffee... drinker. Most coffee blends have a slightly more bitter taste than other coffee houses but you can find a Starbucks on almostevery corner so you work with what you got. 9 of 10 your order will be correct but recipes vary from location to location. Thisshould not be the case for such a large company, however, will return like we all do. Read more
My friends and I stopped by this Statbuck since we were in the area. I checked on their website and Starbuck that this Starbuck... would be open because they sometime just close early without any notice. When we got to the place, there were some people insidebut not to the point where there was no seating. I got a small hot chocolate and it only took like 5 minutes for it to come out.The hot chocolate isn't all that great and when I open the lid, I was stock to see that they didn't fill up my cup. Friendly staff! Loved it. I had lost hope for landing a red holiday cup but I actually got one here! I am so excited! Yay.
As usual, starbucks is the best coffee chain store for yummy Mochachinos and other stuff. I got a toasted spinach herb egg and... cheese bagel sani with mine. The gf got a brownie and a Caramel Hazelnut Latte. The prices are good for what you get, and theservice is prompt and mostly courteous. The location is convenient with huge areas for outdoor seating too. Read more
I walked in to order and a worker laughed at my face because I wanted a pastry. He told me, ? That?s funny I got the last one.?... Then laughed at my face and then said he was ?sorry? in a rude tone.
