I?ve been going to Starbucks for over a decade and even worked at Starbucks for over two years and never once have I felt so... disrespected and mistreated by any employee the way I was today. Totally ignored me, disregarded what I had to say when Isimply was asking for a splash more oat milk. Then she literally tried to walk away in a petty show of contempt leaving mycoffee ready to go just out of reach behind the counter. I tipped, paid, and when I worked at Starbucks we tried to be friendlyand get people out the door as quickly as possible. We did not try to hold people up just to show them who is ?in charge? of thecoffee. So disappointed in fact that I am never returning to this location and will be hesitant to enter any Starbucks as theexperience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Read more
This store reminds you of the perfect Starbucks Experience that you are used to. They merchandise and Food and Beverages are... well stocked and have a good number of employees working towards your order. There is parking in the back and multiple entrancesand exits. There is also outdoor seating available for those who want to have their coffee at Starbucks. The employees are kind,hospitable and welcoming. Always happy to help. Large Starbucks, plenty of parking, two entrances (street side and parking lot side). The staff were friendly when I was there... on New year's day. Not a lot of customers around 1pm. Standard Starbucks drink was ordered and made just how I like it.....Consistent! The seating can handle a lot of customers, so there shouldn't be a problem getting one if you need to. First time there & got my order wrong, lady thought i wanted a dipio when all i said was, i wanted added shots to a drink, if i... wanted a dipio, I'd say that??????????? she making her costumers feel bad & like it's they're first time there or don't knowwhat they're saying, the other time this happened was with someone who happened to not be white like me, thinking this is aracial thing???? she had no difficulties with the white people in front of me, maybe i spoke to fast but didn't have to makefaces & be rude. Seemed to me like if she wasn't new then she was just slow to understand cuz i knew what i meant, she couldn'teven get the drink iced like i asked cuz she was hooked up on thinking i wanted a "separate drink" when i just wanted addedshots ??????????? they need to train they're employees & have better costumer service. Horrible experience, that's no way totreat costumers when u roll ur eyes cuz ur acting like I'm making everything complicated when it seemed like she couldn'tunderstand what a Venti was. Read more
