An UNREAL starbucks experience! Alex was so kind and helpful that it completely uplifted my mood and set the tone for my day.... Like wow, I?ve never had such amazing customer service at any starbucks in the world. I didn?t know the max tip in the app wasonly $5 or I?d have left the cash! I was looking for a reusable cup to gift my friend and with his help I ended up taking 3 cupshome. I almost forgot I was in a starbucks getting coffee at 7am, it felt more like shopping with a friend? but for coffee? hahaI?m disappointed this isn?t my local starbucks, I wish every visit put a smile on my face this big! I overheard him talking tohis staff as well and he seemed so genuinely committed to serving the best coffee they could make. It was my first time in andeveryone was so friendly that it easily and instantly became my favorite Starbucks. Oh and the coffee was good of course! If only i could give them a five star. The staff/baristas are all cool people. I am here so much most of them remember my order.... I bring my own cup everyday because you get 25 extra starbucks points when you do. Also coffee tastes better out of a muginstead of a plastic cup which I did not know until recently. I would say the only reason I can't give them a five star isbecause they have what they call a community board but the community can actually put up anything on it because someone put up alife insurance which then made them say that you can't put any cards up. Anyways in an attempt to circumvent that I offer youpictures of caramel Frappuccinos and my business card. I work very close to this Starbucks. Look me up on Google Maps at healinghero hands if you ever need a massage and you're close enough to go to this Starbucks. I believe I'm the only five star massagetherapist in Burbank on Google Maps. Bunch of unmotivated and lazy employees in this location. Most of them act like they?re doing me a favor and don?t forget the... side eye. Unprofessional and lazy. If I wasn?t addicted to Starbucks I wouldn?t come to this lame location. Read more

The baristas named Alexus, Mary, and Tyler were so sweet and kind to me. They literally made my drink so quickly and were so... attentive to everyone in the lobby while maintaining friendly conversation!
