My regular Starbucks was closed and they sent me to this location and it turns out it's at the Warner Brothers Studio Tour which... I had to go through security and then the manager told me that they won't refill my Starbucks like the other ones and that thecost for a regular price of coffee was 3:25 instead of 295 so they're real price gougers and they're also snobs at this locationbecause they wouldn't honor a normal Starbucks so this is an abnormal Starbucks beware to all wizards Read more
Worst Starbucks. I ordered cold coffee (iced coffee no ice) first time they put ice and alote of water. Second time the guy... filed it up 1/3 coffee 2/3 water... I could of get better coffee at gas station. Read more
Nice location, friendly and fast service, very clean and lots of comfy seating, both inside and out. Lots of variety for... drinks and snacks. Overhead music, loud enough to enjoy and still able to hold a conversation. Read more
If I can give a thumbs down or negative stars I would. There are only maybe two staff members who are great. The rest are trash.... One employee Alice always has major attitude and we have complained multiple times to Starbucks and WB. She not only hasattitude to the regulars which include myself and co workers because We work around the corner. But extremely rude to guests.Guests who come from all over the world to take a tour. Doesn?t seem like much has changed. The drinks are trash most of thetime too. My drink has no coffee and mostly milk. My drink is so white it?s ridiculous. Read more
