Very busy store, but extremely efficient!! They made my drink perfectly and I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes.

Was excited when they said they were closing for renovation, HOPING they would expand into the empty unit next door, and add... more indoor seating! But instead, they TOOK OUT ALL of the indoor seating! It seems that Starbucks is turning back theirthinking on being my "Third Place". Read more

Horrible, arrived at 8:55am for a regular coffee and egg bites. I?m still here waiting for 15 minutes for my egg bites. 4 people... behind me purchased sandwiches and they are on their way. I am late to work now and no concerns from the associates when askingabout my item. But seems like regulars get helped out faster. Read more

Caramel Machiato was delicious. Kudos to the workers who made my drink!! However, I would have to agree with some of the other... reviews here that the customer service is pretty bad. I don't know if it was rush hour, but someone named Mary was the onlyperson I had an issue with as she kept rushing me when I was trying to pay with my Starbucks e-gift cards. It might just be mewho had an issue here 'cause I mean, yes, who goes to Starbucks to pay with digital gift cards? But even so, customer service isimportant and I believe that's something they need to improve on. Read more

Visiting LA For the first time. Ordered my favorite lemon loaf but forgot to ask them to warm it.. I asked ANDREW to warm it... please. For the 1st time ever I was told "I want to make a mess on his nice clean oven" I SWEAR I was so shocked that he saidthat. So NO he wouldn't be able to do it for me. I told him very nicely "thank you, but I've never been told that at anyStarbucks before but thanks". As i went to give it away to someone he said "I'll do it for you, I don't want you to not eatit". I asked if he was sure and he said yes. He said yes but he TRULY didn't want to. Then it took more that 20 minutes to getour drinks. No I won't be coming back. Thanks Andrew! ???? Read more
