Ordered the party boxes enough for 25 people for a meeting last Thursday which cost $138.00 containing a variety of sandwiches. ... I choose to have turkey and it being years since the last time I ate here I assumed that the taste was just the cheap/processedturkey taste. After our meeting I began to clean up and noticed all the remaining sandwiches were turkey. Figuring that turkeywould be the most popular I mentioned it to the staff in conversation as packing it away. The staff then advised that almosteveryone that took the turkey threw it away because it had a funny taste. Ok great, here I am having ate it over a half hourago what am I going to do now ? It is now Sunday (3 days later of terrible cramps and nausea) and am finally starting to feelbetter. No doubt where this food poisoning came from since I did ask everyone that ate and there are 4 of us who got ill fromeating these sandwiches. Never again will I give our business to Jimmy Johns ! There has to be a policy on ensuring the meatand products stay fresh and obviously that was not followed so shame on you workers for either not following rules or possiblyworse knowing that meat may be bad and using it anyway. I ordered for a Delivery about 8 minutes away, and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food to arrive, and my drink was... incorrect. I don't suggest ordering for delivery. Read more

Worst service I have ever received. 40 minutes for one sandwich to be delivered. I thought the motto was freaky fast not... disgustingly slow. I will never order from this Jimmy Johns again, delivery driver was rude and unapologetic and manager Marissawas very incompetent, she did not even offer a credit, I had to ask. If I could give negative stars I would. I guess don't orderat lunch time because they are to busy to deliver your sandwich in a timely manner. Read more
To the younger blonde woman with glasses, please work on your customer service especially if you?re closing the store at 4pm... when your signs and online say you close later during the week. Went inside at 4 exactly only to be yelled at by this rude ladyto get out now and they?re closed. I understand being understaffed and having to close early or any other reason but there?s noreason to be nasty and to yell at us to get out when you?re supposed to be open and the door is unlocked.
