We are neighbors with this restaurant and used to come often, but after the disrespect received from my husbands last visit, I... would urge no one to support such a rude establishment. My husband dropped his phone in their parking lot and it broke. He hadour son so he was trying to call me to let me know, so he asked the manager If it would be ok to use the phone. Not only did herefuse to let him use the phone (which is fine, what hurt would it cause to just ask right?) but the manager ridiculed him infront of employees and patrons for even asking. It breaks my heart that my husband and son would have to go through somethinglike that, and over a simple request for a favor. I understand the business was not obligated to help but the manager could haveheld his negativity to himself, especially seeing that there was a baby in the middle of all this. Read more
Had the 1/2 baby back ribs.. it was delicious it came w/3 sides., I had baked potatoe corn on the cob and Cole slaw. It was... great didnt have any left overs for once. Read more
This used to be my go to. Best around. They stopped carrying Diet pop for some reason. Now I'm forced other places. And no... Pepsi "zero" is not god damn diet pop. Read more
Ordered a meatball sub and a chicken parm sandwich. The chicken was chewy/stringy. Like eating a piece of bubble gum. Terrible.... No sauce either sandwich. Would not recommend. Read more
Food was horrible and cold. I went inside to order to take to my home. When I got home the order was made wrong and this was... after I confirmed my order twice. Tried to call and let them know what had happened but no one answers the phone at the Burbanklocation. At the time I had ordered Nick's weren't busy at all I was the only one in the place other than the employees. I won'tbe a returned customer. Read more
Brisket sucked.. too dry, not tender at all.. BBQ ribs were dank though. (Wish I got the full slab instead of the brisket/rib... combo. Sides were tiny, but good.(rice pilaf and Mac cheese) Read more
The Fat Boy Burger was outstanding, was cooked to perfection with a fantastic unique sauce, all if the topping melded perfectly... together! My sister had a banana shake and said it was delicious. She had the Italian Beef with all the topping and it wasdelicious as well, definitely coming back soon!! Read more
This used to be one of the better places to go when I was younger but now they got these young kids there working that are not... very friendly at all and actually the girl that was serving us was just rude. And on top of it we had to clean our own tablebecause none of the tables were clean. Then they got the music playing the TV's blaring and the slot machines blaring you can'teven enjoy the atmosphere because it's so loud in there you can't even talk to the person that you're with.
