I ordered and my door dash never called me ! And I received a text stating it was delivered! I called the pizza place, and the... person on the other line said basically this happens a lot when people say it wasn?t delivered and it was, like no manners atall! And then it would have to get investigated in order for me to get my refund?? Really! He said I can get a new order if Ipick it up. Really? Ordered uncut pizza but they cut it
The outside of the pizza melt was dry-- missing butter and cheese. Did not provide garlic/parm sauce with chicken bacon ranch... melt. Wings were okay. Read more
Didn't get our delivery the order was place at 11:02pm order should of been delivered at 11:50 pm and no show and when we... requested our refund we had to got the building after the cops were called because he wasn't working night shift so it wasn'this fault. First time trying this new Pizza Hut in bridgeview everything was spot on had a little problem with payment due to the system... breaking down but Diana the manager was outstanding and made sure I left happy and she did she made my day thank you very mucheverybody at this location for your great service and attitude. will be coming back again.
