Stopped in before our trip to Columbus. It wasn't busy at the time of day we were there. Our waitress was friendly, brought out... drinks and then took our meal order. When mine arrived it was wrong. After getting her attention and telling her she apologizedfor the mixup. She immediately put in the correct order and apologized again when she returned with the correct meal. Eventhough the first meal wasn't what I had ordered she left it explaining it would just be tossed in the trash. So, I had 2 mealsfor the price of the lessor meal. The place was short staffed. They were short either a cook or server but I would not doubt it was both. I had something with... eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, one pancake and one waffle. The food was good and cooked as ordered. If not for the service it Iwould have given it a better eating. Read more
We had a 15 minute for a table at 11:30 on a Tuesday, so be prepared for a possible wait. We were just driving through, but... decided to wait anyway. The food was very good, service was great. Best Bob Evans in the greater area. The food was really good (Strawberry chicken salad and Chicken Salad fruit plate). Our... waitress was the only waitress working that night, and with the extra patrons from the surrounding areas in due to the powerouttage from the crazy wind storm Monday night, she handled it like a pro. Great service from Edita (22 years of service) wow! (Note: not sure why my receipt said our server was Lindsay, because she was... not our server. Give credit where it is due. Edita was our server.) We had the Sunrise breakfast, pancakes and their specialtybacon with honey. Coffee was good. They are able substitute certain items out for dietary needs; ie., gluten free. Prices arevery reasonable. My boyfriend and I went this morning to Bobevens and were very disappointed. When we received our silverware and drinks we... noticed multiple residue from old food on our glasses and cutlery. I asked for fruit as one of my sides and there was dirtcoming off the grapes. Read more
