One of THE MOST pleasurable experiences I've had in a McDonalds and in a restaurant for a long time. The customer service and... the care to the customers is evident! From the worker who opened the door and greeted us with a smile to Wes, the very kindgentleman behind the counter. You could tell they really do care about their guests. I was hoping to get some foods via the drive thru before midnight on 8/21. Discovery that they were closed. I want my comfort... food since I was having a bad day. If you are next door to a truck stop, then you should be open for the drivers that doesn'tkeep your hours. Read more
Love the local vibe. Super friendly staff. Typical quick McDonald's service. Only complaint is that the tables aren't cleaned... often enough you have to clean it yourself. Read more
Had the most unfriendly, unhelpful, duty manageress I have come across at ANY fast-food outlet in 6 years in the USA. We are... semi-truck drivers and we parked at the truck stop adjacent to this particular McDonald's. We walked over to get something toeat and they closed the doors in our faces at 22h10, even though the website claims they're open until 23h00. So we walked tothe drive-through, which was still operating. The manageress then opened the service window and said 'I can't serve walk-ins atthe drive-through, it's company policy, good bye!' and slammed the window shut and walked away from the window. Not theslightest hint of regret nor compassion for our plight. In fact she was almost aggressive. So we fetched a semi-truck and wentback to the drive-through. This time she stormed out the back door and said 'I can't serve semi-trucks at the drive-through',turned on her heel and stormed back inside. The main problem was the attitude!! Read more
My chicken burger has no chicken. Quarter pounder only had meat and none of the other toppings. Bathroom was dirty.
Friendliest McDonald's I've been to in years. Our order was fast and accurate. The worker came out and asked if everyone had all... of the items we ordered and if we needed anything else. A refreshing change from most fast food places. Read more
We stopped to get breakfast this morning on way out of state. And I was blown away by the happiness and smiles and great... attitude that the staff had who were at the drive thru windows. So nice so polite. The food was nice and hot made to our liking.It was very nice to experience that from a McDonald's. Usual we have rude people and our food is cold and our order is neverright. Thank you so much for these happy polite individuals today. Need more like them for sure. Read more
Worst McDonald's ever. Sat in the drive thru for at least 25 min, all for just two meals. Didn't get my sandwich right, meat was... burnt and dry. Fries were cold, and by the time I got my food the ice in my drinks melted. When I got my food I got a blankstare, no apology or anything. This all happened at 915 pm on Thursday.
