The customer service specifically their attitude is horrible! Real snappy when talking to you. No please, thank you or you are... welcome. But at least the food was good and hot. Being on your cell phone while working the drive-through and a register is notfavorable. Read more
Might honestly be the worst experience I?ve EVER HAD at a public dining establishment . To start off, the lady who was working... the drive through on 10/24 around 8am might be the most disrespectful hateful person I?ve ever met in any scenario anywhere ?.Food was wrong , fries were literally ice cold and old as s*** ?. Went through the drive thru at this location and asked for a 2-piece dark snack. Received incorrect order and corrected them.... They took the tenders back (which I had handled) and returned them to the container with the other chicken. Extremelyunsanitary, especially now (during COVID)! Read more

Service was terrible today at the drive through. The fries were cold. We always say we are not going back but it is the only... one close to our house. This is definitely my last trip to Bojangles in Burgaw. I would rather drive to Wallace or Wilmington. Read more
