Delicious pizza and wings. Great price. Medium pizza and mild Buffalo wings were 5.95 each on pickup.
This store is horrible. If you place an order on the app, you may or may not get anything. I recently placed an order for... delivery at 6:15. I placed the order at 2:11. After the app said it was being quality checked for 30 mins, I sent me daughter tosee about it and they haven?t even started making the order. Not to mention it was a $90 order. You would think if you specified "Hand tossed" enough times you would get a hand tossed pizza. Instead you get thin crust that's... half burnt. Then you tell the person working what you ordered and get nothing in return. They definitely need negative stars. Read more
I understand that places are short staffed and still feeling the backlash of Covid and layoffs, but this branch got their last... dime from me. Ordered a simple single pizza and chose delivery because I was busy and couldn?t leave the house at that time.Ordered at exactly 12:00 when I hit the submit button. 3:11 I?m still waiting with no indication of how much longer it will be.?Driver is in your neighborhood? for 2 hours at that point. I?ve given the benefit of doubt to them before on 3 separateoccasions for the same issue, but this is just plain sad. If you can?t deliver, at least call and let someone know so theyre notwaiting for a paid meal that won?t ever come. Had them come before in different shapes from cold to swimming in sauce like asoupy mess(picture). It?s ridiculous. I held out hope for them because of the location and the fact that they?re doing theirbest for whoever is actually showing up to work, but I?m fed up with the incoordination. You utilize the tracker feature and your order is quality checked for 45 minutes. You call to ask the status of your order, you... are on the second round out (after the 45 minutes).The drivers just left with the first round deliveries. So at least 45 moreminutes, to be delivered. What good is a Dominos that doesn't deliver? If I have to drive to get my pizza, I'm going to a local Mom & Pop shop for far... better pizza and service! Always feel like I'm an inconvenience when I call. Read more
