My fiancée and I had 4 small burgers. 2 of them were incorrect. However, the cashier at the front didn?t make a big deal when... we went back in. She promptly got the sandwich maker to make 2 new burgers the correct way. While they got it wrong the firsttime, the way they handled it was professional and quick. Thank you. Read more

Sorry of service I have ever had. Have been here 3 times in the past year. I have actually been told that I need to go somewhere... else to eat because I did not how to use their kiosk. Twice did not get what I ordered. Went to the drive thru this time thenwas told that it would be a while so we came inside just to be told told that we have to take our food and leave. This place needs new staff from the top down. No one is concerned about customer service including the management. When you ask... questions you?re the problem because you?re in the store. I?m surprised they don?t want you to make your own food. All the staffhas a very bad attitude. They expect you to do their job while they get paid. Ordered on the 'convenience board", took a number like it says and waited for our food. People who ordered on the kiosk AFTER we... did got their food. We asked about ours and they said they were short on help. That question got them working on our order andwe got it in shower 5 minutes. Good itself was good and fresh. Really yummy. Read more

I'd give it a ZERO STAR !! But it will not take post that way! This afternoon we stopped in , which is unusual for us to go out... . We saw the advertisement and decided to give it one more try after many bad experiences. Needless to say, STILL TERRIBLE !! My husband went in to order. Placed the take out order with an actual person. Waited forever. Got our bag. Then we drove home.Got home and opened bag, !!???????? Y'ALL GUESSED IT ?? ORDER INCORRECT ??
