It's taco bell...don't expect much. This location has the same disgustingly delicious food you'd expect with the bonus of... extremely rude and unprofessional service that will be sure to make you feel like a rude inconvenience rather than a payingcustomer. (Side note, this has been years of experiences, not just one, and I am finally irritated enough to leave a review. This time however the ladies restroom was out of order and the men's restroom looked like the tasmanian devil had just flownthrough. I stood at the the counter for a few minutes, holding my 2 year old, while the ladies conversed amongst themselvesbefore I finally gave up to place the order at the touch screen kiosk, but as I stepped to the kiosk one of the ladies decidedit was time to ask if I wanted to place an order. I got food poisoning from this place twice! The orders are rarely correct if ever. The employees are obnoxious, talking bad... about customers, loud cursing, purposely ignoring new guest at the register and rude. The tables aren't clean, the bathroomsaren't clean, often no soap or toilet paper. The soda fountain didn't have CO², when I told them I got sick they asked, "whatdo you want me to do about it." I realize it is cheap food, fast but for the first time, I feel like I get what I paid for. If this had been my first time... there, it would have been my last. Plus, they keep discontinuing the best items. Read more
Their hours listed online are 7AM-12AM. I stop a few times a week on my way to work around 7:30 and am told every time they... don't open until 8. At night, they do not turn on the lights so it looks closed 24/7, and they actually close around 10PM. Wehave checked the hours before leaving the house many times only to show up and no one's there. Please update your hours onlineor find employees that will follow the hours listed. There are only 3 restaurants in Burgaw unfortunately so it sucks that TacoBell isn't reliable. Read more
I have NOT found a fast food restaurant here in NC that deserves 5 stars. Your pop machine was down. You did not put napkins or... a fork for my potatoes or mild sauce with my order. I think that you all use your job for socializing rather than a job.Customer service here in the SOUTH SUCKS. You all need more training or the supervisors need more training before they trainthe people under them. No one says please and thank you at the drive thru either. Read more
The most non-friendly employees I have ever seen. Other than that everything was good. Had to ask for ice, that's ok with me but... the employees acted like it was an inconvenience. Will make you think twice before going back. Only 2 stars because the diningroom and bathroom were clean. Read more

Dining room is constantly dirty. Even when the dining room is empty, every table is dirty. Today the floor looked like it had... not been mopped in 2 days. Trays were stacked on the trash cans but we got our void in a bag to eat in. The food, on the otherhand, was very good and the toppings were fresh. But, the customers are the dining room as a first impression. Read more
