Drive through was backed up, but they took care of customers quickly. Since the last time I was here, the franchise has been... taken over by Tomtreyco of Ohio. There were underage kids waiting on customers at the counter and drive through windows. Theservice was quick nevertheless. I did takeout but did notice drive through was having problems with orders being correct. I havenoticed that other franchises in Pa. are being taken over by The Alamo Restaurant Group. Glad I don't have to live in the area!! The burgers were old and over cooked. Fries were soggy and cold. Nuggets were hard, way... over cooked and looked like they had been sitting for the entire day. I definitely don't recommend this establishment if youwant something GOOD, HOT, AND FRESH. Read more
Always a terrible experience at this location. Was told to pull to the second window to place my order and just sat as workers... walked by? finally I got someone?s attention. Placed order at window which is tough without a menu in front of you. Asked for a20 piece and got a 6 piece. Also had me pull up as usual to wait for my fast food. 20 mins later a girl brought it to my car anddidn?t even say hi or sorry for the Wait. All around very bad experience. Read more

The family usually uses this McDonald's as a meet point and eats together. The food isn't bad. I mean it's McDs so u get what u... get. But it's usually dirty and we've been there for lunch and dinner. this time we went the workers weren't really intocustomer service. Read more
Burgettstown Mcdonald's is the worst. Drive thru was packed....i still had to wait (parked).. When I got home, none of our 3 LG.... Fries were filled up..and my crispy chicken sandwich was petrified..i drove back down there and got a fresh sandwich and fries(filled properly) Read more
