So delicious, with creative vegan Latin American flavors (and meat for the omnivores). Friendly wait staff, big margaritas.... Their housemade chips (totopos) are crunchy crispy salty goodness. I've been 4 times in about 4 weeks and I'll keep coming back.Companion enjoyed the doraditos with potato and refried black bean filling, which are shown in one of my pix--tasty littlepillows. We had an excellent time at Centro. It is so nice to have restaurants of this caliber in Burien. Each dish we had was served hot... and had incredibly unique flavors based on favorite Mexican comfort and street foods. The service was sweet and professional andeverything came out quick. The drinks are strong!. The ambience in the restaurant is warm and lively and I?m looking forward tobeing able to use the patio. They also are now open for lunch, lucky Burien! Read more

Great spot near the Sea-Tac Airport. Deep, rich flavors. Tasty selection of margaritas. Don't sleep on the cheese taco shell!
Really tasty food, reasonable prices. Their sauces are sublime. I'd ding them a quarter star for their cocktails if I could.... They tasted a bit watery. It wasn't that they didn't contain the proper amount of booze. For me, though, the margarita justwasn't flavorful enough. Minor quibble, though. Next time I go, I might just have a beer. Read more
Absolutely delicious vegan options. We loved the cruciferous tacos, Sweet potato and blackbean tacos, Sweet potatoe and... cauliflower 152 Burrito subbed with cashew cheese to make it vegan, also shared the cauliflower nachos with vegan cheese. Theydo offer several protein choices and have a full menu that includes non vegan options. The place was packed and they don't takereservations as of July 2022 so get there early or be prepared to wait... trust me, it's so worth the wait. Read more
