A few months ago, they auto added a tip to my bill without telling me, then their machine asked for a tip when I swiped my card.... Now, last week, their new containers are a good 25% smaller and I only discovered this because I pour my pho into the same bowlat home every time. Went in to grab a to go order just now, went to my car to eat it immediately for lunch, egg roll & rice was hot, chicken... completely cooked. At least heat it up again if you?re gonna pre cook it? The food is good but the customer service is horrible! I asked for tofu spring roll and they say they couldn?t do it which... doesn?t make any sense when they have tofu items in the menu . Other pho restaurants I been too was able to do it . I askedthem if u can asked if they can since it?s not in the menu but he didn?t even try just put the order in with out it. We was aparty of five and we asked for separate order and they put the order together. I also have a little one and it was like pullingteeth just to get a extra bowl for my kid to eat . Some may say the service can be kind of non responsive and maybe rude. However they are just trying to get EVERYBODY in this... busy restaurant their delicious product.
