We visited 2 Jack on the box, 1- 4th Ave So. 2- Burien, WA BOTH were different 1- 4th Ave So. The workers were gard to... UNDERSTAND, the Jack in the Box were all Latinos who verily spoke English. The female >was 100% rude*each time I did NOTunderstand what she said, her attitude became loud & defiantly mean as I asked Not her to repeat what she said. 2- my order wasOK, but I asked for tarter sauce, which she stated 'we don't carry tarter were NOT a fish (restaurant)? Literally the worst experience I?ve ever had at a jack in the box, and I?ve eaten at various jack in the boxes probably 50 times... over the last 8 years. The employees would not give me a fountain water. They would not let me pay for a cup and fill it.Apparently someone ordered 12 cups of ice water, and management decided they would not serve water to customers anymore.Honestly I?m not even sure if their policy is legal. I begged and pleaded, the best they could do was sell me a 3$ bottled wateror a 3$ small soda. I will never come back to this location. Read more
One of the worst fast food experience I had. Very unattentive personnel. Have seen rats around the building. Had to begging... them (not the rats, personnel????) for some mayo for our fries and got one (!), just one. Read more
Oh man, don't go here and ask for spicy chicken. Spoiler alert: Spicy chicken is a different kind of meat, and they don't make... it crispy here according to chef kid. For illustrative purposes: I ordered a chicken sandwich, and asked for it to be spicyinstead of regular. Lol. The cashier knew what I meant, but chef kid wasn't ready for change. Went here late at night for an Oreo shake, waited at the drive through, nobody said anything. Pulled up to the window and looked... inside, there's nobody. So you gotta go to North Burien/White Center one or the SeaTac one for late night. I would assume hoursare just outdated on here but I didn't see any signs or anything... Read more
