My family loves Jack in the Box, but this location has always had poor service. The day shift crew is okay, but the night shift... staff are always rude and never fill up the drinks and fry cartons all the way. Three three times I came here during the week and this is what I find. This way you can't go through the driveway.
For me, their taco are more real mexican flavor than taco Bell's...theirs is just hamburger lettuce n cheese.
Just got home a few minutes ago and I ordered 4 tacos, 1 ultimate bacon burger and medium curly fries but come to find out, only... 2 tacos were in the bag and only regular fries were there,but don't worry my burger was there. Read more
Waited 45 minutes in line. Woman took my card and then said my order was $25 and change. Told her no, my order was $14 and... change and it was only three things. She sticks the card in the slot and charged me anyway. Then went, oh, my bad! And afteranother ten or so minutes of trying to get her on topic (she was very distracted) she told me she couldn?t process and refund,and all she could do was give me my correct receipt and the receipt showing what I paid for. She then gave me my correct order,which again, almost eleven dollars less than what I was charged for. Told me to come back in the morning. I live an hour away.Receipt on the left is what I ordered, receipt on the right what she charged me for. Apparently the guy in front of me paid formy order. What the heck? Read more
