Update I believe it was the Uber eats driver who was opening food bags. Since then all my purchase have have a tamper proof... sticker. Uber apologized and refunded me. This company is not the cause. Barley any meat! I?ve ordered from this companybefore, this location totally rips you off! I?m never ordering from here again. There was 2 once?s of meat maybe? mixed in withcabbage. See images that was weighed with cabbage it equals 83 grams with lost of cabbage it weighs 2.9 ounces-83 grams. I wanta refund. I bought this on Uber eats just now and spend $50.I worked in food service for years a normal portion is 4 ounces ofmeat. This company is well known for its larger than 4 ounces portions? one of the reasons I ordered from here tonight. What adisappointment. Read more
Guy working the front was really rude and they don?t have poke here either. Save your time and money and go to federal way... instead they?re much nicer over there. Oh and Federal Way has much better Mac salad too. Read more
Always delicious! The portion sizes are MASSIVE (the chicken katsu entree literally fed me for 3 meals lol) the orders are... always correct and everything i?ve tasted from her is delicious. The macaroni salad is a must and i always order extra! Read more
It's okay at best- the musubis are dry and barely any sauce on them. I got the Kalua bowl and it wasn't very flavorful. The rice... was dry also. Read more
Food takes longer than most places to come but boy is it worth the wait. Very delicious food and even better service. It was... such a perfect evening and very romantic. This would be a great place to go for business meals or a romantic evening!! Read more
Giving three stars because they always turn their phone off so you can?t call in any orders. It?s a bit frustrating I?ve tried... on 3 different days. I could imagine a lot of people giving up on going here specifically because they don?t have a number youcan reach. Let us call in our order, please!!! This place is so good!! I just moved to Burien and it was the first restaurant I tried, and it's been fantastic every time....... I'm a big guy who loves to eat, but the portions are so big I've had to "tap out" each time! They really give you enough foodfor two meals... So far I've had the Kahlua pork, chicken katsu, loco moco, and BBQ trio, and all were wonderful... The BBQtrio is a ton of food and it's great, and the katsu is basically some of the best fried chicken breast I've ever had. I'm notbig on shrimp personally, but every time I've been there someone else has ordered it, so I'm sure that's great too. Anyways, Idefinitely recommend it, great food, great service, and huge portions! Read more
There's nothing more disappointing than going to a Hawaiian restaurant, ordering and not getting a Hawaiian nui sized portion of... food. Fortunately you don't have to worry about that here, they feed you like family! Mahalo! Read more
