I ordered a #2a meal, plain on the burger with large fries and a medium chocolate shake. Burger, fries, shake. It's like THE... quintessential McD order, and it still took a manager two tries to figure out that I didn't want an extra order of large fries.To top it off: my burger came with all the fixings when I asked for it plain. Food was excellent though. I'd give this location5 stars if they could take my order accurately and give me the food I ordered. Update: went here for breakfast. They got myorder wrong. I ordered 2 spicy Mc Chicken add ketchup in both. They gave me the sandwiches with only chicken and ketchup without mayonnaise... and vegetable. They looked really old and cold. I threw them away. Always mess up with my orders multiple times. All 5 sausages was missing. Also if you go there at night when you?re missing an... item you?re aren?t allowed to enter inside and have to line up again in drive through queues. Always take your time to checkyour items at the Pick Up foods areas. They also hardly answer the phone calls. If they answer they won?t give you aninstruction of what to do beside saying okay and then hang up. What a bad customer service. Read more

In my experience, this is the best McDonald?s in West Seattle. Though if you?re gluten free and vegan or whatever, you might... have some difficulty with a perfect fast food order, here I personally haven?t had 1 bad experience. Read more
