This company tried to kill my fiancee. She is allergic to peanuts, and this didn't order an entree with them to avoid an... allergic reaction. But they serve food with it, and apparently don't take steps to avoid cross-contamination. Thank Groj shedidn't have a severe reaction. Some Benadryl and she was okay. But this is weapons-grade nonsense! It is basic stuff here aboutkitchen safety to avoid this problem. Done with this company. They suck. This location is horrible. They have no customer service skills what so ever. They obviously don't like there job not sure why... you pay them so much. They are rude , inconsistent like heck. I even called today 5 minutes before I came. Asked if they hadhoney sesame chicken cause they have been out for weeks. if you don't have it anymore take it off the menu, that's falseadvertising. They told me they had it I show up. Oh its a 10 min wait for honey sesame. Oh no I'm sorry never mind we don't haveany of that today . Seriously get it together. Panda Express is a convenient stop for me on my way home. I had worked a 12 hour day & didn't want to cook. It was a little... before 9 pm as I got to the ordering menu speaker location in the drive thru. I asked for a 2 entree meal... I wanted chickenteriyaki. They were out & the next batch wouldn't be ready for half an hour if I wanted to wait. Ok... so how about the shrimpthey had advertised. No, they didn't have it. Um... ok... how about the steak... no they didn't have that either. I asked whatdid they have. & I commented it seemed really bad that they didn't have all these foods when they were still open for anotherhour. Was told they were only open until 9:30. & I asked why they were making chicken teriyaki to only be available for a fewminutes before closing then. Was told it was for people who were calling in for take out. I ordered from what they had left...I like the orange chicken but the honey glazed left a lot to be desired. It had to have been sitting a while as the breadingwas pretty soggy on it. I generally like the food there but get frustrated when they don't have what's on the menu actuallyavailable. This isn't the first time I have been there with an hour or more before closing (they used to close at 10)... & theywere out... but they used to say they weren't going to make more. Read more
Order from your phone when you land at SeaTac, then catch a Lyft in the "middle floor" garage, then drive thru and check out the... tree Blossoms while u wait! Or just take the bus/rapid red line Anywhere, it's a block away. WOW, Panda Blossoms. Also, you canorder a family meal for about $30 and it is filling with veggies for strong kids. They gave me few options for sides and when I chose white rice, all of it was hard. My daughter couldn?t even chew the rice, as... if it has been sitting there all day. If the rice was not good, why serve it? Could?ve just told me to choose a different side.& this was at 845 pm. Very upset. Read more
I was absolutely thrilled to hear about the Burien, WA's Panda Express location having available the new Beyond Original Orange... Chicken!!! Waiting months since hearing about Beyond Meats newest partnership with Panda Express, left me super excited andlooking forward to trying it. I'm a huge fan of Beyond Meat products and use to love Panda Express before going plant-based. Soyou can imagine that I was really looking forward to this historical moment. However today after ordering their new plant-baseditem I must say that I am really disappointed. I'm not sure if I came at a bad time to purchase them but the pieces tasted likethey were either overcooked or not fresh whatsoever! The sauce was dried on them and my fork literally couldn't stab throughmost of them. It tastes like these were left sitting in the warmer for a long time and then microwaved to serve them hot. I paidfor a large alicart container and a plate with chow mein with two sides being the Beyond original Orange chicken. I hope PandaExpress will get this right because there's already limited amount of options for those who live the life of being vegan orplant-based or even vegetarian. Literally across the street is a vegetarian Pho restaurant that has vegan meats ranging frombeef chicken pork and tofu that would beat Panda Express hand over fist! There's hair in my food???? The female taking orders in the drive thru tonight, 11/30/2022, said they were out of teriyaki... chicken at 5:30pm??? and then complained about having to make more saying it was gonna take 30 minutes to do so. However, Ipatiently waited anyway. Then, get home and eat about 1/4 of the food before seeing this string of straight black hair in themix???? I have short curly brown coils.
