One of the more poorly run Starbucks especially given the morning rush. Expect 10-15 min drive thru wait times. Was just offered... an option to withdraw my order due to long wait time. Not sure how that?s helpful in the middle of a drive thru line. Read more

I?ve been on a work trip and coming here every day for almost 2 weeks now, the service has been awesome until now. I usually get... my starbucks in the morning, however today I got off of work early and decided that I needed another coffee for the day. I wentto the drive thru, the wait was long and everything was fine until it was my turn to get my drink. They got my drink wrong andthe guy said it was my fault that I didn?t order it right, they the second drink came out in a small cup, I said I ordered ventiand the guy again said I did not mention the size of the cup and he told his peers that ?this fool didn?t order it right?, Itold him not to call me names, he said he would knock me out, I said okay fine I?ll move on and he said ?oh now you arescared??. One of his peer took over, and gave me my drink, and I went on my way. I figured he was having a bad day since thedrive thru looked pretty busy, but he should not bring all that attitude to work, I did not act like I was a god and did not askhim to treat me like a god, but please do not threaten to knock your customers out. I'm so tired of these Burien starbucks. If there not open in time the inside isn't open. My truck won't fit in the drive thru.... I guess truckers get no love. Last visit. Back again 3 days later. No mobile orders on inside orders. Read more
I visited the Burien Starbucks today, at 15838 1st Ave Burien WA. Currently they have indoor sitting, but may change if the... Phase roll back happens, with the Covid numbers changing up and down. It was nice to see so many taking the advantage to come inand get a hot or cold drink. Also have a very nice out side sitting area as well. Even Umbrella's for those who don't like tosit in the direct sun. I had one of there new drinks a "Iced Chocolate Almond milk Espresso." Was refreshing and not overlysweet. Staff is friendly and they do have a drive-though there as well. And just the right amount of Ice in drink, so notwatered down. So I was paying for the drink and not a lot of ice. I came here in the morning for something delicious to drink and a croissant bacon egg sandwich. When you walk in the place it's... very relaxed, laid back, and very comfortable. I went to go order my things and the lady was just staring right through me anddidn't even say hello or good morning. She just stared through me and looked miserable. I ordered my food and she looked like itwas a burden to take my order. I went inside because the drive-thru was so long. But then after I finally got my order taken, ittook 15 minutes to get my order. By the time I got my order, they messed my coffee and my chai tea latte. Then they remade mychai tea latte and gave me my sandwiches, and I drove on my way to class. When I opened the bag to eat my sandwich, they hadgiven me the completely wrong sandwich. It was not a croissant. The sandwich tasted horrible, not fresh at all. I couldn't goback because I was going to be late to class. So I started drinking my chai tea latte; and it was no froth to it. It washorrible and flat, tasted like water with flavor in it. I was so aggravated because I love Starbucks and have never had an issuewith the other ones that I go to so far. I will only go back to this one if I need to on my way to work or class. Other thanthat, from this one time of trying to grab a simple drink and sandwich, it was not worth going to or paying the money for thefood or drink. I wasted my valuable time and money and will not be going back unless I absolutely need to, or if I want to givethem a chance and see if they do better. Read more
