Good store, can get busy in the parking g area between drive thru and parking. Shared bathrooms with coded locks.
Absolutely love love. Love the Starbucks. I don't go to the one on 1st avenue anymore because they ruined my drinks every time... and I have to go back to this one and have them make it right because they always do and everybody's always sweet and nice.highly recommend ?????? Read more
AVOID going to the drive thru between 7:30 AM - 9 AM. It would serve you best to place mobile order and pick up in person or... place order in person. Managers are accommodating and seem nice, but the regular employees need to be better at being morewelcoming and warm. Customer service varies or can be a hit or miss. 2 years ago, the service was a lot better but too manynew employees and new managers have replaced the good and nicer ones late 2018. The friendly service has gotten worse duringearly fall 2019 & well into late winter 2020. Because of this, I've avoided coming back. There is enough parking but the drivethru can be a menace trying to pull in since the curve is tight going to the line. Morning and lunch hour are the busiest. Ihighly recommend ordering ahead and just pick up in person - so much FASTER this way! Read more
Why 3 stars you ask because every chains different. This chain is different taste wise from the one inside the first ave... safeway. For instance, if your preferred order drink is a white chocolate mocha please understand that the mocha flavor here isof a powder form at this location and the safeway is of a liquid form so it leaves a gritty/ fine powdery taste which doesn'tblend well. Kind of like a hot cocoa if you add to much powder im pretty sure it has "nothing" to do with cleanliness or the"beans" they are using. Its always been that way after 2 years working at the dealership there plus several returns. If itschoices and cost I pay daily an amount from $2.65 to $9.00 for a single coffee 5 days a week made at starbucks. If its aboutwhere this starbucks stands with the coffees ive brought It would be the safeway in #1 as far as mocha concerned, shell gasstation near first ave between #2 and #3 But this star bucks will always be my #3 pick due to taste and wait time. Amazing experience there today. Jake I think was his name (drive through) Super cheerful, friendly, great service. I don't... usually give google reviews, but this guy honestly made my day! I stopped by to grab a quick coffee, kind of stressed becauseI'm looking for apartments and just moved here from California, not finding much luck. Sometimes just a quick chat with someonewho is genuinely friendly like Jake reminds us that there are still good people in this world :) . Keep it up Jake, also my coldbrew was great! Read more
Staff is nice but my drinks have been getting progressively worse. I order a so e Americano with Milk and honey. Last 2 drinks... were Luke warm and they can?t seem to mix the honey in. This seems to be a Starbucks problem in general as other small standscan get it right. Might be time to move along. Read more
Parking and drive thru are nightmarish. Drinks were made so poorly we had to go to another Starbucks for remakes. If you're on... foot though, the lobby here is amazing. Read more
