The employee at the Safeway Starbucks off of 128th in burien with the name Dana sucks. She was rude as hell. I showed up there... at exactly 6:45 p.m. . They close at 7:00 p.m. . She's doing the dishes I asked her politely if she could make me a drink andshe sat there and shrugged her shoulders and whipped her head around and complained that she had to make a drink and she lsaidthat they're short staffed and she could not make me a drink. There's always one person there not to so the short staff theorydoes not hold water. I asked her to make me a hot venti matcha green tea latte and she made me a iced venti matcha green tealatte so she didn't have to clean her machine again. That's not my fault she does not need to be working for Starbucks sheshould go work at a place that does not have human interactions. Read more

Starbucks is excellent, the variety of coffee and other drinks served both hot and cold are a convenient luxury I've grown... accustomed to as I'm sure many have. Despite being overwhelmed at times, the staff typically remains kind and courteous as theyswiftly accomplish the tasks needed to provide customers with their delicious products. Read more

The coffee was great! Customer service was ok- there was about 0 interaction w the Barista though she tossed the straws at my... husband and slid the drinks our way and was on to the next thing she was doing. Maybe she was just overwhelmed by being the onlyone at the Starbucks that was working that early in the morning, and there were alot of customers too.... Read more

Update: She remade my drink only to hand me this... See photo Awful service. I often try to avoid this location, but couldn't... today. So, I called after I realized my drink was incorrect, Rosie answers the call with, "Hello" as if it were a personal phonecall. I explained to her my drink was missing the syrup. She insisted she added the pumps. I politely asked her if she wouldremake my drink when I came by again only for her to reluctantly say, "If you have a receipt I'll remake the drink". Seriously?Rosie, if a customer says their drink is incorrect, please just remake it. I have ordered the same drink for years. I know whatmy drink SHOULD taste like. Read more

Wasn't a drive-thru which is unfortunate that Google doesn't flag as a grocery store Starbucks. This place isn't to standard for... Starbucks so the execution results in inconsistent experiences. Starbucks needs to work with its 3 party locations to help thembe more like a typical Starbucks. This is bad franchising in a niche market. It's cheap and very concerning for the brand. Thelocation wasn't friendly or inviting. My drink order a cold brew with extra heavy cream wasn't made to Starbucks standards. TheSafeway employee getting waters was served faster than my friend and I. I appreciate that these are bigger problems then thislocation can fix. The people who own the Safeway need to stand up to demand more from Starbucks to help make this locationsuccessful and listen to the brand ambassadors that will try and make sure you do so. Read more
