We ordered a large amount of Chick-Fil-A catering for our office party. My only complaint was that the catering wasn?t ready... when I arrived. As far as I could tell, they assembled the trays when I arrived. This caused me to be 20 minutes late to theevent. The food was great and the people working were so kind, as usual! Made us wait for quite a while to get food. 8 cars after us were served... The guy who brought us our food had no explanation... whether it was something that we ordered, "sometimes the kitchen is running behind". Root beer option was not advertised. Buthave to give them props for switching the drink to root beer at the serving window and very pleasant staff. Read more
All chick fil a that I have eaten at, the employees are always polite, friendly and helpful. This one is as expected. The waffle... fries were on the softer side, but still go. Going to eat the Cobb salad. Expecting to be as yummy as all the ones I have eaten. Read more
I was so excited for my milkshake, but when I got home, the bottom of the cup broke open spilling it all over my floor... This... has never happened to me before, I'm so upset... I really wanted this and am too tired to go out and get another... Maybe a newnon breakable cup should be used for the heavier drinks. Read more
I have a lot of pros to say about this place but there are a few cons that holds me back from giving it a full rating. I've been... to several Chick-Fil-As and this isn't one of the best ones. I love getting their Grilled Club meal and the employees do theirjob efficiently. Pro: 1) Their service is generally fast. I've tried out every ordering methods such as Walk-In, Drive-Thru,Mobile Order, etc. I would say that the Drive-Thru is the fastest order you can make unless it is busy there. Other ordermethods will have you wait around 10 minutes for your food to be ready. However, if you use Mobile Order in a DRIVE-THRU, it'skind of confusing because after you establish your order on your phone, the screen shows that your order is received, butdoesn't notify you if your order is ready yet unless you get in the Drive-Thru line. Con: One of their supervisors make thecustomer service less enjoyable. I won't name them due to privacy, but she is dressed differently unlike other workers that wearred tops. Almost everyone that works here are greeting and smiling every time they deliver food to the customers except thesupervisor. She doesn't really smile when calling out orders and I've also witnessed her slamming the food bags down on thecounter because it seems she's in a hurry or frustrated or maybe both. Whatever the reason may be, it takes the quality awaybecause the foods can be all scattered inside the bag that's been slammed down and makes it un-enjoyable. Read more
I really don't like to give such a low review to my favorite chain, but every time at this location I have a problem that... results in me leaving frustrated and feeling like the chain is lost without Mr.Truett. From down right poor customer service,constantly messing up my order, having to argue with the window people over what I really ordered and what they gave me, beingignored while 11 employees behind the counter chitchat and cut up, ect. This location could use some better training for itsemployees, especially the managers. Weak managers equals a weak team. And when did the chicken nuggets become the chickenbiscuits standard. great costumer service! I was in the drive through right before they closed and the nicest young man took my order his name was... Ivan. Even though I was there right before closing he engaged with me in small talk. The food was delicious like alway andeveryone was super friendly! Read more
