I placed an order. I went to pick it up more than half an hour ofter I ordered. They offered to make me a burrito as they did... not have bowls. I am gluten free so I can't eat burritos. They also did not have carnitas in stock, which I had ordered. So, Isaid to cancel my order. They said they couldn't do it, I'd have to do it online. I spent lot of time trying to do it online,including chatting to a bot. I have not got my refund. I am not going to eat Chipotle ever again. Read more
The absolute worst Chipotle I have EVER been to. I'm pretty sure they rob you of portion sizes just to be jerks! I'm a very... polite person as I know how much customers can be too much as well. So I try to kill food industry workers with kindness. Thatstill didn't work lol. The little amount of meat they used was ridiculous. This chipotle is so bad. Every time I order I always hope this is the time it will be better and it?s just constant... disappointment. This burrito is supposed to have beans, corn, and steak. Halfway through and all I got were bites of undercookedrice, sour cream and cheese, and tomato. Done giving them more chances and money. Don?t waste either here. Read more
Worst chipotle around. I go to chipotle 2+ times a week, and unfortunately this chipotle is the closest to my house so I end up... here frequently. They give the smallest portion of protein of any chipotle I've ever been to, and this is everytime I go. Onlineorders are guaranteed to be wrong, and I'm constantly going back to fix whatever they messed up or left out. It's worth drivingan extra 10mins to go to another location. Also, dont order within the first hour of opening because the guac will be brown. Ithink they use whatever was leftover from the previous night. Read more
I am strongly convinced that the stingy manager has trained every worker there to give the worst portion sizes. I dislike this... location very much because of this to the point where when I?m back in my hometown I drive 12 minutes to a different locationfor better portion sizes. It?s been months since I?ve visited this location due to not being home for the school year so thetime I do visit, I shouldn?t have to worry and hope that maybe they changed and they give me a good portion size, but nope stillstingy to the point where they reject and try to argue with you if you dare to ask a little more. They even ran out of blackbeans too so I thought maybe they ought to give me a scoop of chicken to make up the missing beans. I see a lot of reviews complaining about portion size of their food so I'm going to let you in on a littlesecret to getting your bowls as big as mine. PATIENCE & KINDESS. Be courteous to your Chipotle workers. They are already under alot of stress and workload especially during this pandemic. Trust me the workers notice this. The reason why I'm giving Chipotle 3 stars is that the place is clean and, the two young men that we're working there today were... exceptional, especially Jordan he was very kind and friendly I saw the manager being very mean to him as well as the otherworker. I didn't catch the name of the other worker but he had blond hair the manager was speaking very nasty to them both, notin a professional way at all. Speaking rudely to your employees, especially in front of customers. I felt bad for them so Iwrote this review as a reminder that we should remember when we first got hired on our first job it takes time to getcoordinated and organized so being patient as a Customer, as well as a Manager, is pertinent.
