If I could give this experience a negative star, I would. They work with food but saw no gloves in sight (YIKES). I was there... for an online pick up order.. what is the point of having that option if no one working there is taking the initiative tocommunicate with customers on whether they are in line to make an order or to pick up. There was a designated pick up order areabut both workers were not attentive. One seemed to be focused with present customers there to make orders which isunderstandable but the other was very rude and seemed to be the one working on online orders. He did not say anything to anycustomer by the designated pick up area. If you are old enough to get tattoos you are old enough to communicate not only withyour team members but also and especially your customers to give them a decent experience. Read more
Placed an online order, paid online, both in the ?love-it? size. Somehow one items of them was in the smaller ?like-it? size,... even though I paid for the ?love-it? size. Staff needs to be trained to know their bowl sizes and menu. Extremely disappointing. Read more
The ice cream is amazing! From standard flavors to more adventurous ones. You can mix flavors and toppings to make something... truly unique. The staff is kind, helpful, and patient. The store is clean and has both indoor and outdoor seating available.They also let you sample ice cream flavors. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area. Read more
It's an average-level creamery in opinion. The cashiers give their best approach to their customers and their products are just... what you would expect. I got a strawberry smoothie twice for $8 which I thought was overpriced but it didn't kill the quality ofthe product itself. Read more
