It's been a long time since I've been to 5 guys but seemed fitting for a 4th of July pre firework celebration. Ended up in... Middleburg awesome show if you have not been fairly close to the area less crowded with large displays. Back to 5guys samejuicy, sloppy, wonderful burger with your own customizations accompanied with fries that overflow the old school oversized brownlunch bag. Can't really say bang for your buck but very filling and satisfying eats like a full meal. Read more

I ordered ahead of time and when I arrived 10 minutes later it was ready. My order was correct and they gave me a very healthy... portion of fries that were piping hot and delicious. Polite and efficient staff. I have found that when I pick up my order it isdone well as opposed to using Doordash. I much prefer being able to check my food before leaving the facility. Good give guys location, fries were hot and good. Service was good, but it was a little too cold in the store. My only real... complaint was the picture/ad hanging in front of the urinal was somewhat distracting to my purpose in being there, also, like Ithink we're supposed to be done with this. Read more
Prices have gone up and the management at this location is lacking; hence the drop in consistency with their product. Literally... saw one guy running the entire back of house while the manager would just pop in and out to take orders. All while 2 others weredoing the bare minimum. You know things are messed up when someone comes out from the back at 9 at night to grab another bag ofpotatoes to prep more fries. If I'm spending this much on burgers and fries now; then I might as well go somewhere thatactually serves a good portion size or at least fills the cup they're using to portion? Fries were mostly the scraggly left overbits and soggy. Picture is attached for reference for regular fries. This is probably the saddest five guys meal I've had.Probably my last too. Read more
I ordered two burgers today and this is what one of them looked like on the inside (I uploaded photos of the burger in the... photos section). When I called to complain, the manager insisted that her cook would NEVER leave pink in a burger, as if I waslying about it. This burger looked absolutely raw in certain areas and I discovered this after I took a few bites. So now I getto wait and see if I get food poisoning for the next few hours. Not sure if they have curbside services! After placing my order 20 minutes prior to arrival, I waited for almost 10 minutes... before going inside. It took another 6 minutes before my order was ready. You could count the cars in the parkinglot so theyweren't that busy. Read more
