Our barista was hands down the best I?ve ever had. Excellent drinks and service. So refreshing!
Staff here are friendly, but they're mostly young and this particular S Bucks appears to be a hang out for high school aged... kids, which means the young staff are often inattentive to customers who aren't their buddies. Drinks come out fine, but it'soften pretty untidy and gross in there as well - no doubt the staff are too busy chatting with their friends to be bothered bytheir job. The other S Bucks down the road near the Giant is a much better example of a Starbucks. Read more
I wanted to write this review for a great employee work at this place name Kennedy I come here all the time and this girl such a... very nice, professional, friendly, great skills building customer relationship I really appreciate her work & the way she givesthe great customer service experience I highly recommend her to the Manager of this place to give her a better opportunity. I like this Starbucks and the barista?s are always knowledgeable and friendly. However I always order a brown sugar oat milk and... when I asked about the oat milk the barista verified that they indeed had oat milk. However, once I ordered and paid for mydrink the barista informed me the store was out of cinnamon. If you can?t make the drink just tell me before I pay please andthank you. Read more
They always provide such great customers service, especially the three most positive and enthusiastic baristas. Gonzalo, Caleb... and Mellisa. They provide such fast and efficient service with always great attitude and positive smiles. Gonzalo is always aleader that is able to multitask especially under pressure. On task and constantly delivers nothing but outstanding quality ofcoffee. Caleb, Gonzalo?s right hand man is superb in taking customers order and have 100% accuracy on orders as well asproviding excelling and originality to his coffee. Last but not least Melissa is the one that brings balance and great backupwhen in extreme situations of large waves of customers. This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to great fast service and very kind and mindful employees.
