This store could use a remodel. With so many grocery stores going to LED, this place feels dreary. However, they have the best... floral and decor section! Because this store is competing with big players like HEB, Walmart, super Kroger, etc., it is easy toget in and out quick without the lines! Read more
Went in to purchase some seafood and had to wait for the employee to finish his conversations with other clerks. He seemed very... inconvenienced to help me. Moved incredibly slow and threw my seafood at the counter and walked away. I couldn't catch his namebecause he wasn't wearing a badge . I don't go to Albertsons a lot for 2 reasons. First, where they put what makes absolutely no sense. I spend a lot of time... walking up and down the aisles until I finally find what I was looking for. Then I wonder why on earth they put it there. Theother reason is that they have some good sale prices but if the item isn't on sale it is almost always more expensive than otherstores. I now only go there for sale items - if it is worth more than the gas to drive there. Read more

Overall nice store. Nice layout. Great seafood selection. Complaints...lady putting out the seafood had the personality of a... tree stump. Decided not to buy. The conveyer at register 7 was disgusting. It was all sticky and wet. I had to strategically putmy items on it so the cashier could ring me up. Read more
This store smells delicious when you first enter. The shelves are very well stocked with everything you need. Gluten free,... organic, lot carb, fresh fruits and veggies, meats, floral, bakery, cookware, etc. If you need it, Albertson's has it. Thecheckout process was quick and the attendant was very friendly and professional. There is also a Starbucks on site and Kate, thebarista, is amazing. Even though it was very early she was very professional, sweet and upbeat. I loved my shopping experienceand will return. Read more
As it gets more difficult to find excellent customer service, that?s just what we found at Albertsons in Burleson. I have... shopped here for over 8 years but last night was the best experience! Michael went above and beyond with the customers in frontof us in line and then when it was my Husband and my turn he provided top notch customer service.
