Ordered a birthday cake on Friday, for pickup Saturday 7:30pm, I was late and came in Sunday at 11am, they somehow didn?t make... the cake, says they didn?t see the ticket. Thank you to the friendly counter person who provided me two small cakes that feedsix since they had no cakes that feed 12 like I ordered. No discount, refund, nothing. Plus the 30 min ordeal really put my daybehind. Would like a discount since I paid up front full price for the custom cake I didn?t get. Read more
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUISSNESS. I placed a cake order Friday night to pick up Sunday at 3 pm. Turns out they didn't... have my order. Even after confirming that it was sent to the right location with an email confirmation they didn't "have it".Thoughout the whole conversation, the girl on the phone made it seem like I was in the wrong with an attitude. I asked for arefund but claimed she couldn't do it so I had to call back the next day for a manager. How ridiculous! Luckily Marble Slab hada cake available and we got it there instead. How is this place still in business!!!!!! I went to this location and there was only one customer in front of me.... why did it... take 45 minutes for me to get help? Do you just not care???? As a business owner this is embarrassing..... you have 2 jobsdonuts and ice cream yall barely had either!!! Donuts taste old and stale not to mention only had about 6-8 choices ofdonuts......... now 31 flavors needs to change their name to about 10 flavors and the flavors that Noone likes.... they didn'teven have vanilla ??????????? don't waist your money or time!!! floors were extremely sticky.... lord knows what else they slackon when it comes to cleanliness..... I pulled up and saw 2 employees sitting outback. I decided to go inside because I wasn?t sure what flavor I wanted. Came inside... and realized that those were the only employees there. I was able to see them on the drive thru camera sitting and playing ontheir phones. Took 10 minutes for one of them to come inside. She had an airpod in and was talking on the phone with her headseton as I was ordering and she was getting my ice cream. I know she wasn?t talking to a customer because the cameras showed therewas no one in the drive thru. Then someone pulled up to the drive thru and the other employee came in. Worst service ! Ordered a donut and capi blast mocha with coffee ice cream wit a Boston cream donut and egg and cheese on... croissant and order of hash brown. The person taking order isn?t even listening to what I?m saying and putting her own things inthe computer . My egg cheese sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn?t even melted! They gave me my blast which was watery wasn?teven the right ice cream or flavor they said they don?t have coffee ice cream and they forgot what donut I wanted and gave meburned and cold hash browns! By the looks of the comments the owner clearly doesn?t care about the place or the staff either !Iv worked for Dunkin and baskin so I know you don?t run out of things every day! Go to another store. Walked in to pick up a cake and was ignored by several employees, including the woman I assume was a... manager. Also got a lot of attitude from said manager when I asked nicely that my cake say what I put when I ordered it online.She fixed it up the best she could ?but wasn?t the one who made the cake.?
