First time in. I was surprised by the market and available items. Riley helped us in the restaurant part. She was great- patient... and answered our questions. Total disappointment! Old fries, uncooked burgers and sloppy ice cream. If I am in the drive thru, I need a bag for my food, I... need a bag for my ice cream and if I get drinks, I would need a cup carrier. They need to be better with the training. This place is amazing! As long as it is not after school! They aren?t very quick when there is a lot of people in line. They are... mostly kids that work here which is awesome but they are still learning how to handle being overwhelmed so be patient andunderstanding of them. Highly recommend Read more

Braum's has excellent ice cream and excellent food and while they may not actually be a Texas company, we'll adopt them and just... pretend they're not really from Oklahoma. Kudos to Renae in the market for always being so nice and such a big help. She told methat if I just try two new flavors a week, I'll try everything before a year is up. Thanks to her, I've found several newflavors I love. I may have put on 50 pounds and seen my cholesterol jump 65 points, but I've done it with a smile on my face. Read more

Don't go here. Ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken strips. The chicken was still raw on the inside. You can literally open it... up and see raw chicken. Tried calling back to get a refund and couldn't get anyone to answer. Read more

Haven't eaten here in quite a while but I frequently stop in the Fresh Market. So handy to grab a few things and avoid the... crowd at the grocery store. They have most things that you would need... milk, bread, eggs, butter, cheese, lots of produce anda few frozen items. I often stop here and at the one in Cleburne. So very convenient!! Read more

On May 12 I went to This location and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, large fries, and drink in the drive through, got home and... noticed the bacon was burnt to the point it was black. So I took the burger back to Braum?s and asked for a replacement. Thecashier was very understanding and nice about the situation but the manager was the exact opposite and told me all their baconlooks like that, so I just asked for a cheeseburger with no bacon. They agreed to that but wouldn?t offer a refund for thedifference in price. After waiting fifteen minutes for my replacement meal I asked for the status of it and discovered themanager forgot about me so they rushed out the meal and gave me a medium fry instead of a large. I let her know she gave me amedium and I paid for a large, she took the medium fries and gave me a large box that wasn?t even half full, at this point I hadenough and just asked her for a refund. She asked me where my drink was and I explained it was at home because I had driven allthe way home and back to the store to get this problem resolved but was obviously unable to. The manager gave me a refund butwhen I got home I looked at the receipt and found that she decided to be petty, along with rude and unhelpful, and only gave mea partial refund because I left the drink at home even though I had to drive there and back home twice because of the food. Notsure why they charge customers full price for bacon if it all looks like this. Read more
