The food is good, I would just recommend going inside to watch your order being made. Several times now it's been obvious they... skimp on quantity at the drive thru. I've been here enough, I know inside they usually can barely shut the lid on thecontainer, whereas on drive thru, food is no where near level with top of container. Even when you pay almost $3 to addguacamole, I've had it completely left off once, mostly just barely there. Tonight all ingredients were barely representedtopped with a few shreds of cheese. When you don't live nearby, it's not easy to turnaround and ask them to fix it. Read more

I love Chipotle, and usually have no issues. But this location was not good. The drive-thru took forever, which I understand b/c... it was lunch time. However, while the label was correct, it was a completely different order. I did not have time to go back,but EVERYTHING was wrong. Read more

Chipotle this is where our relationship ends, I am seeing someone else who is able to meet my needs. We had a good run and I... appreciate how you were there for me in high school. But now I care too much about my body and my finances to continue this anylonger. I gave you many chances, and yet you hurt me over and over. I tried to introduce you to my friends but you consistentlymade a fool of yourself. I tried to defend you but in the end I should?ve listen to the people around me. You didn?t wash thelettuce everybody with me knew it, you always oversalted the lime rice and even the cauliflower. I know for sure your chickenmade me sick at least once, and it was hard not to take it personally. You just cost me too much money and disappointment overthe years. I tried lowering my standards for you and having multiple conversations with you, but you never changed. You kepthiring younger and younger people who really never cared about me. Food was good. All but 4 drink dispensers were "out of order", tea canister empty & no tea behind the counter. Lot's of helpers... just standing around - teach them how to make tea & fill soda dispensers. Floors were littered, tables not wiped; just a generalfeeling of uncleanness. $35 + for 1 burrito, 1 bowl 2 drinks & chips! WAY TOO MUCH. Read more

Had to give it a star to leave the review but man would I not hesitate to take that back. Only ONE person on the line changed... gloves/washed hands for a food allergy. Out of every dang thing you want when you go to a chipotle. No lettuce, no Barbacoa,and none of the new items they boast like the new chicken and the watermelon limeade! Not even a dang soda in the fountainworking. This is absurd. Is this franchise just purposefully setting themselves up for failure? Not to mention once we navigatethe outages and finally get to the register to pay, we?re met with attitude, eye rolling, and more attitude when we asked asimple question like ?oh you?re charging us for the large drink because you?re out of medium cups?.. that?s a bit absurd butokay.? Definitely was the last thing I needed to never visit this place again. Guess I?ll be making the drive to Free Birdsfrom now on. Way better for the money anyway. Read more

Chipotle steals your money. I ordered double chicken and only got 4oz! according to several articles chipotle serving size is... 4oz. Chipotle employees are always extremely light handed. This location as well had never made my order correctly or workedquickly. Annoyed that I paid extra for nothing and probably not going to get my money back. Read more

Ordered online pickup. We got there the driver thru line was wrapped around the building. Sat for 30-40mins for A ONLINE PICKUP,... thinking the drive thru would be faster?..Once we received our food, I parked to look in the bag, didn?t see any chips or queso,turns out they WROTE on the bag ?OUT CHIPS?. But they didn?t say anything in the drive thru line or nothing online saying theyare ?OUT OF CHIPS? but I paid for the chips and queso when I ordered online, so that?s upsetting, also don?t understand why Ididn?t receive my queso either but I didn?t wanna go in over a $2 refund.
