Went in to get coffee this morning as I had been given a gift card so I thought why not use it. As I walked into the store, I... saw one car enter the drive through. We waited at the counter for about 5 minutes, nobody else in the store. Made eye contactwith the lady behind the counter so she knew we were there but didn't even acknowledge us. I get it if you're busy, I'll bepatient but at least say something so we know we're not just being ignored. We ended up leaving without anyone ever asking if wewanted to order. The coffee was good? went here this morning for the first time they were so busy and looked under staffed! Give the manager lady... and people working a raise for all that mess, Dunkin! Every single time I go to this location the staff is rude. They are out of everything and what they do have is made wrong. This... has been going on for almost 2 years. I go back thinking maybe they have got it together. NOPE! I have a feeling the problem isat the root maybe it?s management.
