Pho, spring rolls and taro smoothie was very good. HOWEVER, we got there at 7:50pm on a Sunday (closing being at 9pm) and they... started mopping early at 8:30pm while we are eating. Which I understand people have lives and want to get home. But we finishedup by 8:50pm to make sure we weren't there past close. On the way out one of the workers asked us to go out the other side ofthe door because they had already locked up which is fine so we decided to go to the other door as he asked but the worker whomopped emerged from the back and yelled at us and said don't walk on the floors I just mopped". I was a little taken back by howrude he was to us. I would like to say that there were not any yellow wet floor signs posted after of mopping and we wereleaving before closing. The food is pretty good. But they are super-stingy! I have to order triple meat in my pho to get as much as I do in a regular... bowl at other pho places. If you order your stuff to go they really hate giving condiments and will charge you if you ask formore than the 1 little container of each. Today I called to order and got a message "we're unavailable" expecting me to leave amessage and have them call me at THEIR convenience. If they are that busy, they won't miss my business. They have a ?Please wait to be seated? at entrance and a waitress just looked at us and said we could sit anywhere. Then, no one... approached us and the manager that wears the print masks comes over looking at us rudely and tried lecturing us about sittingdown because they don?t know if were eating there. Get it together and don?t go off on customers. Sounds like an internal staffproblem and I dont know why I have to be a part of that (This is NOT the first time I have had this exact experience here so iwas NOT in the mood for this AGAIN.) New to the area, on the lookout for a decent pho place to warm my cold bones and decided to try here. As soon as I stepped in, I... noticed how the waitstaff all seemed preoccupied with doing busy work and keeping most of the restaurant tables off limits. Thaitea was pre-made, but at least it tasted good. Right after I had ordered the pho, the waitress immediately came back and satdown a pre-made plate of the pho sprouts/veg which looked very lackluster in comparison to most pho places I've been. Vietnamesespring rolls tasted a bit bland, as the chicken deli cut takes over the flavor. I think it needs herbs or something to give itlife. The pho broth was decently flavored. Pho was mostly noodles and lacking in meat, and that's with the house special withall the meat types. -_- The to-go container for pho was a styrofoam cup, just as another reviewer mentioned (that I'm prayingwon't break open on the way home!) This place definitely knows how to skimp and try and cut corners, whether that addsefficiency but takes away from taste, I'll let you decide. Also, bathroom stunk to high heaven! ???? TLDR: If you're in thearea and need to warm your bones like me, it's decent. Just don't expect great customer service or a welcoming atmosphere atall. Burleson needs more noodle houses! Read more
Sweet and Sour tofu here was absolutely bomb. I can't wait to come back and try their pho. The sauce was perfectly balanced and... the serving really hit the spot as a late lunch. They were quick to seat us get our orders. Come with an appetite! Read more
Great food. Exçellent service! Ordered vegetarian pho' and it was pho'real some of the best we have had. Our lemongrass beef... was spicy and just the way we like it! People were kind and had a good experience. Would definitely order again or do take out. Read more
First time here! Didn't even know this restaurant was back in this part of the shopping center. The Pho was delicious! Really... liked adding all the extras in, basil, sprouts, etc. Some of the kids enjoyed the Pho and others had the kids fried rice withchicken and beef. Very low key, laid back restaurant and nice servers. Read more
