Obviously management doesn't care about the reviews here. CLEAN THE TABLE AND SEATS BEFORE YOU SIT SOMEONE! LAZY... WAITRESS/HOSTESS. BAD ATTITUDE. Thought about turning right around inside the door by her terrible 'what do you want' greeting.The only good reviews you get are the food but how can you mess that up. Should be ashamed. The absolute worst location. There's no sense of pride here at all. After a terrible experience we were told it was our... waitresses first day. However the last few times here have been ridiculously bad. I'm forgiving and understanding of sometimesbeing short staffed, but tonight feels like a full house. My server Marisol was amazing she was friendly fast and funny she made us have a great experience good came out just the way we... requested. Did this location get sold or is under new management? The food was so bland, we left it. The eggs are absolutely powder or... liquid, but definitely not fresh cracked eggs. The bacon was so paper thin, it looked like they sliced it in half too savemoney. Oh, no seasoning what so ever!!! I will NEVER go back to this location!!! It was fair. We were sat at a dirty table, kinda gross. Kids drinks were not refillable. The seats in the booths are torn up... badly. Our server was mediocre...really not worth the tip I left...especially when she came running after me in the parking lotto pay my bill that I paid for already. Read more
We've been to a LOT of IHOPs over time, but this one was by far the best! They were super busy on this Saturday morning, and yet... there wasn't a very long wait time to be seated. The lady up front made sure our table was clean and dry before ushering us toit and providing us with menus. Our server, Treva, was fast, efficient, and professional, yet very friendly, polite, and full ofsincere smiles. She patiently answered our questions about the availability of turkey sausage. Our food came out in a veryreasonable amount of time. We noticed the presence of 5 line cooks and several servers. Although working hard to serve alltables as quickly as possible, the whole staff seemed quite cordial with customers and one another. We will definitely be backagain when we come through Burleson! Food was great as always, our server was fantastic ESPECIALLY since he was the only 1 on duty & had 5 tables to service at once.... And from we could see only 1 cook. Will definitely go back to the Burleson TX location Read more
