We are here now. Customer service was terrible all the way around. young girl who took our order didn't give a receipt we had... to ask for one and we had to tell her 2 times about my husband's Chilli he still didn't get it when the food came. The wholeorder was wrong she acted like she didn't hear my husband I had to get her out of the kitchen to get his Chilli then didn't offer crackers or anything came in a to go cup slopped in she acted as if she was stoned or on something none of the otheremployees tried to help. Except she had to get someone to show her how to give receipt. Husband thinks they are all high juststanding around visiting with each other. This is my second time coming to this specific location. I only come cause it's close to work and better than most options I... have around to choose from. The first time took almost a hour just to get my order Though despite having to wait a long time myorder was right. As of today I figured I'd give them another go The wait to receive a order took 40 minutes. I got a chickengrilled club with a side of potato salad along with a pickle on the side and a extra side of potato salad. We loved this place until we didn't! The Burleson restaurant has gone downhill so dramatically that in the last 10 visits... (8 months) our orders are wrong, in some way, 8 out of 10 times. Last night was no exception! We did curbside and we know thatwe ALWAYS have to check our order and of course my wife had to take one of our sandwiches inside to have it corrected. Whilesitting outside waiting for our food another man had to go inside and have his order corrected! When we returned home mydaughter checked the sandwich they corrected and discovered that some DEGENERATE had taken 2 bites out of the meat! Thepicture I'm posting is of my wifes sandwich from a few weeks ago. We're aware that service and serving sizes have decreased inthe last 2 years and we accept that and do what we can to support this local restaurant and the jobs they provide. But it'sunbelievable that they can't even put enough meat on a $10 sandwich to cover half of the bread! The white part you see isturkey, the brown is bacon and those 2 things are only cover half of the bread. Yes, they refunded our money and we are done.We WILL NOT be returning. Read more
Pretty dissapointed in my lunch. Thanks for the 1 sliver of onion and 1/2 tspn of horsey spread. The tomatoes are old and... lettuce is soggy. The whole thing looked like everyone in the kitchen hates their job. The food also tasted old and salty. Notsure I'll order from here again. We have visited this location in the past but stopped coming...and now remember why. The service is good, the food is okay...but... doesn't match the advertised pictures. Portions are smaller, and amounts differ. My chicken salad sandwich was more bread thananything else, as was hubby's roast beef. Totally loving this place. Dl the app and ordering was a breeze. Good food! Good tea and lemonade. Giant spud is right! Grandma... got a vegetarian spud with free extras. I got a pick-2 and still had a full size spud. $25 with tip is pretty good these days. Read more
We placed an order for curbside at 915pm. A good 45 minutes before closing. They said to be there by 927. At 940 we are still... waiting patiently in the car. Not a customer in sight, we can see an employee cleaning tables inside. We don't call and we saynothing to the lady who brought our food out. We get home. Less than 5 minutes away and my soup is not only ice (it was neverwarmed) cold but not even filled half way. Mind you it's a cup not a bowl. I call, a "manager" named Ashley answers. I'mexplaining the issue and all she can say is "right". Then she says I was about to give you a voucher for tomorrow but you keeptalking. We've been on the phone for 45 seconds. Ummm. I just paid 30 bucks for a sandwich and a chose 2: 1/2 sandwich 1/2 soup.If you don't like your job, find a new one. It's that simple. Do better. We will not be visiting this location again. Read more
