Usually this place is great, but I was not given my sons 10 piece and they basically accused me of lying even after I told them... they could check our table. Where the manager, or woman who thinks she is the manager told me I know I put the nuggets on thebag and looked me dead in the eye and repeated I know I put them in there as she tossed a bag to me with the food.Disrespectful!! Ordered ahead by mobile order then checked in for curbside on my way to work then waited over 30 mins while watching others come... and go but my order never came out. Had to call them to find out where my food was and was told they didn't have my order yet Ihad my receipt and had been charged. Finally the sandwich was brought out...would have been nice to at least throw in a freehashbrown or something especially after making me late to work waiting on one lousy sandwich that I know they have 20 of under awarmer. For the 2nd visit. Rude employees, can't say please or thank you. Can't count change and no recipe given. This used to be a... great place. Now its horrible experience at best. The dine in experience was worse. No condiments or any human service.Completely ignored by staff. I only wish I could add photos of this complete debacle of service. Will return and video thecomplete failure by this location. Do yourself a favor and find another location. It seems to me, that possible, staff arecreating positive reviews to keep their jobs. This is the best & friendliest McDonald's and the order was perfect/no mistakes! Most other McD'ds give less drink (about 1 in.... from the top of the cup/ less of everything) but this one did not disappoint. Maybe most McD's have to give less, like whenfries were overflowing out of its box? Or when pancakes used to be the size of a child's head? Well these are different timesfor sure! For a busy day their service was amazing today. Fast and thorough with everyone's orders. At the drive up everyone will come and... go with no excessive waiting. I usually do experience that, but this is a first today in a while. Read more
