Absolutely the worst hamburger establishment anywhere. Go to McDonalds over this overpriced junk. We waited 40 min from order to... served on this hockey puck sized burger that tasted just as bad as it looked. Save your money. First time trying Mooyah and will definitely be back. Food was great with barely any wait time and there were many options.... Tasted pretty great and I really enjoyed the toppings. My daughter loves Mooyah because they have a veggie option. This was our second and last time visiting this location, and maybe... last time at Mooyah. This was our second time receiving awful customer service both with food and staff. The picture below wasmy burger I paid $9.00 for. First they sent out our fries. Then we waited 15 min for two burgers. One was the burger withlettuce which was my daughters made with meat, and the other one on a bun with meat which was mine. When we walked the food backno apology.. The guy behind the counter said "would you like me to switch the patties out". My daughter said " I don't eat meat, and I do not want it switched, I want new burgers. The pictures below is the burger I received. Not a fully patty, but a pattythat looks like something you would serve a dog. Ordered at 4:34 and Finally received our order at 5:12. Secondly they didn'tbother to walk the new burgers out as a gesture of apology and or customer service. We didn't bother requesting our money backbecause we had to leave in order to pick up my second daughter and also it's embarrassing to keep walking up front with a tray.Eating out is pricey and there are too many options available, therefore your food and service has to be on point. Where do I start! This burger looks terrible- for $9 for the burger alone- it leaves much to be desired. The shakes were coated... all the way down the sides, with ice cream. The fries were upside down in the bag. There was ZERO CARE in this meal from therestaurant. Not sure if it was an off night? Sunday at 6. Ordered ahead. But this is terrible. Read more
