Of the 8 times I have been here, they only got the order right once, the first time. The latest I was told I have a $10 credit... in the cash register as I didn't receive the discount on my online order, what's the chances of that working out. Now the phonesystem doesn't even work, wanted to see if my $10 was there, not lol. Wish Burleson had good places to get stuff, but I can'teven use up the fingers on one hand trying to count them. I am a Mr. Jim's pizza addict (in a different town though) , So I was excited to find out that there was one in burleson. We... ordered a large and a cookie from there last night and it was, by far the worst pizza we've ever had. All the toppings,including the cheese, could have fit on two pieces, it was cold, and it definitely wasn't the amazing Mr. Jim's crust. So thenthe cookie, how exactly do you burn it on top, but the rest is under baked? I'm sorry I spent my money there. Read more

Been burned out on the other two top pizza delivery chains and I wanted my kid to try delivery pizza when I was his age. Same... ingredients and options but the crust is noticably different and the flavors of those ingredients taste fresh. A plus is whenyou reheat the pizza the next day, the crust becomes crunchier. Try something different, this isn't like the east coast orChi-town by any means but pretty good when the only thing your kid eats is pepperoni ???? Read more

This isn't the Mr. Jim's I remember. Never thought I'd be disappointed in a sticky fingers and yet here I am. I don't know what... else to say. Doubt I'll be back anytime soon if ever. Too many pizza options out there to spend $30 on a subpar product. Read more

I love introducing Mr Jim's to other people so they can experience my favorite pizza chain. And today I was doing the same for... someone in Crowley so they can become addicted like I am... However I think they are now turned off by it. We easily got theworst pizza I've ever had, anywhere, by far. I never thought this company was able to disappoint me. Order 3 items 2 pizza's 1 cinnamon sticks. All of the item's over cooked the cinnamon stick so bad they are black. Call spoke... to Chelsea Explained what the problem was politely she was not interested in the problem she was rude but explained I couldhave another order sent out and return the already over cooked items I received or credit for next time I order. I really wantto have it remade but the unfortunately after waiting over an hour again I completely understand however my 6 and 10 year olddo not. The cerdit doesn't count for a reorder it's for the next time I'm not sure I completely agree with the expectation Iwill not be able to present the over cook item's then either. Read more
