My family and I went to this OTB last night. We normally order online and pick it to go but we decided to go eat there this... time. We regret it. The floors were So dirty and needed to be swept badly. The tables around us were dirty as well. All of thewait staff just kept walking past the tables without looking at them. Towards the end of the night, one person came to clean atable, moved to the next table and left the spray bottle and towel on it and just left. Never came back. Another person came andwas trying to sweep but was doing it really fast that it wasn?t good enough. We can just imagine how the kitchen floor looked.We were so ready to go after being there 5 minutes. Our waiter was nice and did a good job. He?s the reason we stayed but wereally didn?t like the way the environment looked. Not sure if they had a manager there. It couldn?t have been the way thatplace looked. There for 20 minutes with no greeting. Sat at the bar, but first had to clean our own table and still no one greeted us. The... only person who even helped us was a busser that we had to ask for menus. We decided to leave and once again nothing was said.Very well managed establishment.
